Technology Support Specialist – NWLS

The Northern Waters Library Service (NWLS) is seeking an innovative, knowledgeable, customer service- and team-oriented individual to provide professional and courteous technical support on computer hardware and software, peripherals, and handheld devices, onsite and remotely, to public library service outlets throughout northern Wisconsin.

NWLS, is headquartered in Ashland (WI), and serves 29 public library service outlets located in Wisconsin’s eight northern most counties. More information about NWLS is available here.

The annual salary is $30,000-$37,000, depending on experience and qualifications. An excellent benefit package is provided.
